About Kujibiki Unbalance:
Here, in Rikkyoin High School, all troubles are solved by lot (Kujibiki); even students are chosen by lots at the entrance exams. This is the story about a one-year battle among the candidates of the next school-year's student council leaders, who will also be chosen by lot.
